Listed and Sold Our Home - $770K White Plains
We've known Amy for many years and felt very comfortable listing our home with her - not only because she is a good friend and we like her immensely, but because she really knows the real estate market in Westchester and we trust her instincts completely. Amy was helpful and professional during the entire process - from the beginning when she offered suggestions for showing our home in the best possible light, through the negotiations, contract signing, and the closing. Amy was there for us every step of the way and a calming presence during what could have been a very stressful period. I would highly recommend Amy to any buyer or seller. She is first class.

Bought a home in White Plains
Amy knows the whole Westchester market extremely well. I was a new buyer so she showed me a few different towns before I decided on a place in White Plains. Amy's expertise was very helpful. She pulled comps and helped me negotiate the final contract to include some extra amenities. Five stars. - Highly Recommend
Sold our home in Glenwood, Yonkers
Amy Via went above and beyond what could be expected, as she helped with minor repairs and even one major adjustment to my co-op apartment before it was sold. When a light switch wouldn't work, she replaced it. And she helped me get wall-to-wall carpeting in two large rooms after the co-op board changed its rules, while I was 1000 miles away. She was a great help with all the details.
Sold our home - $625K in New Rochelle
Amy Via is a consummate professional who brings extensive knowledge, warmth, and humor to the buying process. Amy and her team made themselves available to us for showings around our schedule, which ultimately led to finding the perfect house. I have already recommended Amy to a number of friends and colleagues. She is so easy to work with and would be an asset to any buyer or seller. - Highly Recommend

We had been looking to buy a house in Westchester for over 4 yrs and through the process Amy has been patient and extremely helpful in guiding us into our dream home. Bought our home - $975K in Dobbs Ferry
Amy Via not only helped us sell our home with great expertise and care, she helped us buy our new home within the strict timeline that we needed to finance the purchase. We had felt it would be impossible, but she worked with us and made it happen. She was always patient with us and our personal needs, taking the time to explain everything as we hadn't bought or sold a home in nearly 45 years. We are grateful to have found her, Thank You Amy! - Highly Recommend
Listed and sold our home - $900K in Pound Ridge
I found Amy to be honest, compassionate, thoughtful, helpful and "real" during the very emotional but necessary sale of the home my parents built and that I grew up in. I would not hesitate for a minute to recommend Amy as she is professional but empathetic, shrewd but not "sharp" (as in nasty), tireless at finding prospective buyers who might be a good fit, sensitive to our situation, and quick to act on our behalf. - Highly Recommend
Sold a Single Family home in 2017 in Chappaqua, NY.
We hired Amy to help sell an original mid-century modern home that had been owned by our family for almost 60 years. We hired her over other brokers because of her knowledge and appreciation for all the fine details in the architecture, materials and workmanship that made up this unique home. When you are selling this sort of home, that knowledge and appreciation is key, and we didn't find it in any of the other brokers we interviewed. Amy also brought to the project a large database of mid-century modern fans and the reputation among other brokers for this expertise. We received multiple offers soon after listing the house and were happy to select a buyer who will take very good care of the home for (hopefully) a number of decades more.
